Step 1

Hollow out French bread loaf.

Step 2

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese using a mixer or wooden spoon/spatula.

Step 3

Add green onions to the cheese mixture so the onions are evenly distributed throughout.

Step 4

Spread the cheese mixture on both sides of the hollowed-out loaf of bread.

Step 5

Layer sliced roast beef evenly on the bottom side of the bread. On the top side, layer the sliced ham.

Step 6

On the loaf’s bottom side, add the sliced dill pickles over the roast beef.

Step 7

Close the sandwich by adding the top side of the loaf (ham side) on top of the pickles.

Step 8

Wrap the sandwich up tightly in saran wrap—place in the fridge or cooler.

Step 9

When serving the sandwich, unwrap and slice it into portion-size servings.

Step 10
