Step 1
Arrange an oven rack on the bottom rung and another rack near the top. Preheat air fryer oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and set aside (see Tip).

Place a bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.

Place a separate bowl onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in panko and set aside.

Place eggs and mustard into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 3.5. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Place fries onto one baking sheet, spray with non-stick oil spray and place on rack set to lowest rung. Air fry 12 minutes (425°F). Meanwhile prepare the fish.

Press to coat each fillet first in flour mixture, then dip in whisked egg mixture and finally coat in panko. Place coated fillets approximately 1 inch apart on remaining prepared baking sheet and spray with non-stick oil spray.
Step 7
After fries have baked 12 minutes, stir for even cooking and if further cooking is required, return to bottom rack. Place baking sheet with fish on top rack and bake 10 minutes (425°F), until cooked through. Meanwhile, clean mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
Step 8
Place a pitcher onto mixing bowl lid, weigh in olive oil and set aside.
Step 9
Place pickles, shallots, lemon juice, capers, dill, salt, pepper and egg yolks into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and chop 3 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and heat 2 min/140°F/speed 2.
Step 10
Mix 2 min/speed 4 while slowly pouring reserved oil onto mixing bowl lid, letting it drizzle in a thin stream onto rotating blades.Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed.
Step 11
Serve Fish and Chips hot with lemon wedges, malt vinegar and reserved Tartar Sauce.
