Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Poach in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add the ham cubes and sauté them briefly together with the onion.
Step 4
Add the clean and rolled mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Step 5
Add the evaporated milk and the fried tomato. Stir and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 6
Finally add the grated cheese and the chopped parsley. Stir until the cheese is fully integrated into the sauce.
Step 7
Once the sauce is done, cook the fresh pasta in plenty of salty water for the time indicated by the manufacturer on the package (usually between 1 and 4 minutes depending on the type of pasta).
Step 8
Drain, serve on the plate and cover with the sauce that we have prepared.
