DISOLVE SUGAR: To make the sugar disolve and not be grainy, first, boil sugar in 1 cup water, stirring to combine. The mixture will go from cloudy to clear and glassy when ready. Remove from heat.
Step 2
SQUEEZE LEMONS: Use a lemon juicer or squeezer to juice the lemons. Juice enough lemons to make 1 cup of juice. 4 extra large lemons or 8 small lemons is a good estimate.
Step 3
MIX TOGETHER: In a half gallon pitcher, mix all ingredients together. Top off with water to fill pitcher.
Step 4
SERVE: Serve over ice, garnish with lemons and mint leaves.
