Step 1
Preheat your air fryer for 3-5 minutes, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, using the air fryer setting. While the air frying is preheating, rub the oil, over your frozen steak, and then add your favorite seasoning.
Step 2
Add your frozen steak into the air fryer basket, in a single layer, and set the cooking time for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the steak, you may want to flip the steak halfway during the cooking process, before removing it and adding more oil and seasonings.
Step 3
Before removing the steak, check the internal temperature of the steak with a meat thermometer. Thick steaks will have a longer cook time than thinner steaks. Remove when the steak is at your level of doneness.
Step 4
Let your steak rest for a couple of minutes, before serving, then add a pat of compound butter, or drizzle garlic butter over the juicy steak right before serving.
