Cover and simmer, till eggs are soft-set.
Step 9
Half, way there, add the grated cheese to the sauce, where there is no egg.
Step 10
Keep the yolks runny! Garnish with chopped parsley.
Step 11
Serve with any kind of warm or toasty bread.
