Step 1

Preheat oven to 300F

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or Ziploc bag. I recommend a Ziploc for ease of mixing and cleanup

Step 3

Mix until combined.

Step 4

Spread mix out evenly on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake 25-30 minutes in the oven until nuts are toasted and fragrant. Cashews should turn a golden brown and peanuts may darken slightly in color.

Step 6

Remove from baking sheet to a bowl or airtight storage container and let cool.
