Step 1

Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)

Add all ingredients to the freezer bag.

Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees,

Line two sheet pans with parchment paper.

Run the bag under hot water just to loosen up the contents and mix up the bag so the oil is evenly coated.

Place the contents of freezer bag on the sheet pans.

Place both sheet pans in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes to get a more golden color

Defrost freezer bag overnight.

Step 11

Add all the content from the freezer bag.

Step 12

Cook on “low” for 4 hours, or “high” for 1 ½ - 2 hours.
