Greek Yogurt Ranch is a creamy, low-fat and low-cal delight of a dressing. Creamy, smooth, a bit tangy, and with all the ranch flavors you love…in a matter of minutes you could whip up a salad dressing or dip that’s sure to be a hit! 

Greek Yogurt Ranch

Greek Yogurt

dill

chives

parsley

garlic powder

onion powder

salt

rice vinegar

water (as needed)

black pepper (or 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper)

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.

Taste, add salt and pepper to taste and water to thin to desired consistency. (Add more water for a salad dressing, less if using as a dip)

Chill until ready to serve. Store covered tightly and chilled up to 1 week.

I halved the recipe for my husband and I. It was delicious and bumped up the protein for our meal. I love that it made a nutritious dressing without preservatives and extra protein and a figure friendly ranch dressing!

I used mirin instead of rice vinegar (and doubled the amount) and it turned out great! The sweetness helped hide the tangy Greek yogurt flavor.

Wow. Tastes nothing like ranch dressing.   Maybe if it sits for a day or two it will be better.  Super disappointed!

Here’s an idea for how long it lasts: look at the expiration date on your Greek yogurt container. When you factor in the fact that you’re putting 2 natural preservatives in it - salt and garlic - it will probably last longer than that.

I have tried several ranch dressing recipes and this is by far the best and only one hubby approved! Thank you!
