Step 1

Preheat your griddle to medium heat. It should be about 350°-375°F approximately.

Step 2

Skewer the shrimp onto bamboo skewers.

Step 3

Lightly brush the shrimp with the olive oil, and sprinkle both sides with the Old Bay.

Step 4

Lightly oil the griddle surface. Place the shrimp skewers onto the griddle and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Flip and let cook on the other side for 2-3 additional minutes.

Step 6

Remove from the griddle and enjoy!
