Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high. Trim base of figs, if necessary, so they sit flat. Place 1 or 2 pieces of cheese on each fig half then wrap in jamon. Place figs on an oven tray, drizzle with oil and season with pepper.
Step 2
Grill figs for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts and jamon starts to crisp. Place on a serving plate, drizzle with vinegar and serve immediately.
