Here is the recipe:

3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Sugar Free Vanilla Coconut Milk (or regular Milk with 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract/other Vanilla Milk substitute)
5.3 Ounces (150g) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup (58g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Mint Extract
1 Scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder
8 Drops Green Food Coloring (Optional)
1/2 Cup Ice

Calories per shake:

Calories: 300
Fat: 4g
Saturated Fat: 3g
Sodium: 340mg
Carbs: 21g
Fiber: 6g
Sugar: 13g
Protein: 45g

Blend everything together. Drink. Brain freeze!
