Step 1
Trim the ends off the green beans and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Step 2
Thinly slice the onion into quarter circles. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh dill.
Step 4
Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1/2 tsp salt and have a bowl of ice water ready.
Step 5
Add the green beans to the water and cook for 30 seconds. Drain and immediately submerge in ice water.
Step 6
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Step 7
In a large bowl add the drained beans, cooled green beans, onion, radish, and dill. Pour on the dressing and toss until coated. Taste and adjust salt as desired.
Step 8
For best results, cover and allow flavors to blend in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Can be prepared up to 2 days ahead of time.
