Lay piece of foil on table.Place uncooked cube steak on the foil.Then the cut carrot coins.Next the sliced potato.Last the sliced onion.Dot with butter...salt & pepper.Close up foil to make a sealed package.Bake 1 hour at 375 F.Open and enjoy.Careful...steam is hot...**As it turned out ..I was at home , running a fever..so this turned out to be my birthday dinner!...I only need a couple bites......YUM!!Then finished it two days later!
