Homemade Lip Balm

Step 1

Make a double boiler and put a small amount of water in a pot. Bring to a simmer, then put a heat proof bowl on top of that.

Step 2

Add your coconut oil and beeswax to the bowl.

Step 3

Stir it around as it heats until all of the beeswax is melted.

Step 4

Once it’s melted take the bowl off the heat (careful, it’s hot!) and stir in your essential oils.

Step 5

Then pour it into your tins/tubes.
