In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine half the sugar, yeast, honey, and warm water.

Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.

Step 4

In a stockpot, combine butter, remaining sugar, salt, and milk.

Step 5

Scald the milk mixture (do not boil), set aside to cool partially.

Step 6

Add the yeast mixture, milk mixture, and flour to the banana mixture.

Mix on medium setting for 3 minutes.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface to approximately 9x12 inches.

Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and cocoa to create the filling.

Spread the filling over the rolled-out dough.

Roll up the dough and cut into 6 slices.

Butter an 11-inch round baking dish.

Place the cinnamon rolls in the dish, loosely cover with plastic wrap and a towel.

Let rise until doubled in size (approximately 1 1/2 times).

In a pot, combine cream and hot chocolate mix.

Cook for 5 minutes, then pour over the risen rolls.

Top with mini marshmallows.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Bake the rolls for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
