Cut hot dogs into small slices about 1/4 inch thick.

Microwave for three-five minutes, depending on the strength of your microwave.
Step 6
Uncover and stir hot dog slices to make sure they are cooking evenly.
Step 7
Microwave an additional three minutes if needed.
Step 8
Remove from microwave. Blot all excess oil.
Step 9
Cool completely before serving.
Step 10
Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze.
