Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Mix together the water, milk powder and yoghurt in your chosen container.
Step 2
Close the container and shake for two minutes to mix the ingredients completely.
Step 3
Place the container in an esky and fill two thirds with boiling water to surround the container.
Step 4
Seal the esky and cover with a warm blanket. Place the esky in a warm area (inside a cupboard or similar). Leave for 8-12 hours (overnight is best).
Step 5
Once the yoghurt it set, store it in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
Step 6
To make another batch of yoghurt, use 45g from this original batch as the live culture for your next batch.
