Step 1

Place Instant Pot on High Saute.

Step 2

Add olive oil

Step 3

Cut up steak into 1" cubes ( I used NY Strip) you can use any steak you like

Add Steak

Step 5

Add Salt and Pepper

Step 6

Cook on saute until brown

Step 7

Add Garlic Butter and Mushrooms

Step 8

Place your air fryer top on the instant pot

Step 9

Cook on-air crisp at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

Step 10

In a small bowl mix butter and olive oil until smooth.

Step 11

Add garlic, rosemary, parsley, and thyme.

Step 12

Mix until the butter is smooth.
