Step 1

Wash Quinoa, rice and lentil couple of times with water and drain all the water. keep it aside.

Step 2

Turn on instant pot on normal saute mode.

Step 3

Heat ghee or oil. Add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.

Let the cumin seeds splutter.

Step 5

Now add ginger, garlic, chili, and onions. Saute for a minute, stirring continuously.

Add vegetables, washed quinoa-rice-lentil, water, salt, and turmeric. Mix all ingredients very well.

Cover your instant pot with locking lid. Turn off the instant pot.

Press the manual button and set the instant pot for 7 minutes under high pressure, vent on sealing position.

Once Instant pot beeps and on display screen you see LO:00, turn off the instant pot.

Let the pressure release naturally.

Open the IP lid. Instant Pot Quinoa Dal Khichdi is ready.
