This Italian Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing is a dream! Butter lettuce, salami, chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, mozzarella, banana rings and marcona almonds all come together in a delicious loaded salad recipe that is hearty enough to serve for dinner and customisable enough for everyone to love.

Italian Salad With Honey Mustard Dressing

butter lettuce

salami,

cucumber,

tomatoes,

tbsp banana ring peppers,

mozzarella balls

chickpeas

tbsp Trader Joe’s truffle marcona almonds (see note)

olive oil

Dijon mustard

tsp honey

apple cider vinegar

oregano

garlic powder

salt and pepper,

First make your dressing by mixing all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl, set aside.

Combine all of your salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add dressing and mix.
