Dijon mustard

rice wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve as a dressing or a dip.

I followed GWhitaker's suggestion of weighing the ingredients which was much faster and easier.  The dressing was quite tasty but too thin for dipping.  I added a couple of tablespoons of mayo which helped but not enough.

Excellent dipping sauce, and so easy to make. Rice vinegar gives it a tangy flavor; not too harsh, nor too mild. Just right..!!

Can I use rice vinegar? I don't have rice wine vinegar. Idk if it's the same or not. I'm getting mixed reviews on the web. Any help?

The rice wine vinegar takes the flavor to another dimension!

I just made this dressing. It was so simple and easy to make. I loved it. I did use whole grain mustard and apple cider vinegar.

WOW! loved it, best ever. My husband and I had a fit over it. 

Simple and very yummy.  Used pear infused vinegar because I didn't have any rice vinegar and it tasted perfect.  It was just me and my wife so I used teaspoons instead of tablespoons and it worked flawless.
