Step 1
Sauté bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp and brown. Remove from the fire and using slotted spoon, remove bacon to a bowl.
Step 2
Return the large skillet to the stove and add in the onions and garlic. Sauté over medium-high heat until tender and clear not browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add in stock and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Whisk egg yolks and cream in small bowl to blend. Add cream mixture to the onion mixture and gently heat but do not boil. The sauce will thicken and coat the back of a spoon when done.
Step 5
Add in the parmesan cheese, mix, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cook Italian Sausage Ravioli following the cooking instructions on package and drain well.
Step 7
Carefully mix ravioli into sauce and serve.
