Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Take a mixing bowl and combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, and monk fruit.

Add in the almond butter, melted butter and beaten eggs and stir until smooth. The mixture should be thick.

Add in the chocolate chips.
Step 5
Place lightly greased parchment paper in an 8×8 baking pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.

Bake for 20–22 minutes.

Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing.
