Step 1

Preheat oven to 190C/Line an 8in loaf tin with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add all ingredients, reserving a ½ cup of cheddar and 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Mix well.

Step 3

Press the mixture into your prepared loaf tin.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with the reserved cheddar and rosemary.

Step 5

Bake for another 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Step 6

Cut into thick slices and serve with a side of Broccoli Mash.
