On medium heat pan or wok, add vegetable cooking oil and garlic, stir quickly and add chilli in. Mix well then add onion in, stir well again for a min.

Add some soysauce, fishsauce, oyster and sugar mix well. Add green beans in and stir well.
Step 4
Add your crispy pork belly and mix well. At this point add a little bit of water to and add basil. Have a quick last stir and the plate it up. Perfect with a fluffy jasmine rice. You can have fried egg on top with sriracha sauce if prefer
