Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.

Step 2

Cream butter and sugar together.

Step 3

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Step 4

Stir in flour and baking powder.

Step 5

Scoop by spoonful into mini-muffin tin. Press an indent in each one with your finger or thumb.

Step 6

Spoon jam into the middle of each dough ball.

Step 7

Bake for 10-12 min until edges begin to brown.

Step 8

Cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
