Step 1
Cook the noodles by following the instructions given in the pack or boil water in a vessel with little salt and 1/4 tsp of oil and cook the noodles until soft.

Meanwhile, In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce and keep it aside.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a minute.

Add the carrot, bell peppers and mushrooms and stir-fry over a high flame for about 5- 10 minutes or until they are tender.

Add the chopped spring onions.

Drain and rinse the cooked spaghetti with cold water and add it to the sauteed vegetables.

Add the prepared soy sauce mixture and salt and mix well.

Saute for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
