Step 1

Take 1 liter milk in a pan and boil on low flame for making it thick. Keep stirring the milk or the milk will burn

Grind the peanuts coarsely and add them to the milk. Keep stirring the mixture continuously

Step 3

After the milk has become thick, add grinded peanuts and keep stirring Add almond milk powder and keep stirring

Step 4

Keep for boiling the mixture for 10 minutes and then add sugar to it. keep stirring the mixture continuously.

Step 5

Add cardamon. Boil for another 20 25 min on low flame. Add dry fruits. Cool down the mixture.

Step 6

Transfer it to a mould.

Step 7

Let it freeze overnight.

Step 8

Remove the ice cream from the mould. Your Malai kulfi is ready!!!
