Stir together all-purpose flour, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to cheese mixture, beating on low speed until combined. Transfer to a cookie press or a large piping bag fitted with a small star tip. Pipe 3-inch-long strips onto 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper, leaving ½ inch between the straws. Chill 15 minutes.
Step 3
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are light brown. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely, 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
