Step 1
Toast the almonds in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring with a wooden spoon and occasionally shaking the pan, for about 4-5 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove the almonds from the pan and set them aside.
Step 2
Cook the bacon in the skillet over medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, for about 8 to 10 minutes or until brown and crispy. Drain, cool, and chop it into bits.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and cheddar cheese. Add the bacon, green onions, toasted almonds, and cayenne and stir until well-combined.
Step 4
Cover the dip with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy it with chips, crackers, and crudites.
