Step 1
Preheat oven to 210C degrees. Grease a 12 hole muffin pan with butter, or use a good non-stick pan.
Step 2
Cut each pastry sheet into 4 even squares.
Step 3
Carefully line the muffin pans with the pastry squares. Divide the cooked bacon evenly amongst the pastry.
Step 4
Crack an egg into each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 5
Carefully fold the edges of the pastry over the egg and brush with milk.
Step 6
Bake for 20-15 mins, or until pastry is puffed.
