Step 1

Unroll your first pie crust and cut out circles that will fit into a muffin pan.

Step 2

Put your circle of pie crust into your muffin pan.

Step 3

Mix the apples, flour, sugar, and cinnamon together in bowl.  Make sure you stir it well so everything is coated.

Step 4

For crumb topping, in separate bowl, combine all ingredients and mix together with fork.

Step 5

Fill each circle with the apple filling.

Step 6

Top each pie with a square of the cut butter. Then top with crumb topping.

Step 7

Bake in 400 oven for 18-22 mins.

Step 8

Beat eggs in bowl.

Step 9

Add sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla and mix.

Step 10

Put roughly chopped pecans into uncooked mini pie shell.

Step 11

Fill pie crust with liquid to just below the top.

Step 12

Carefully, place in oven to cook for 18 - 22 mins. Pecans will rise to the top when cooked.
