Step 1
Remove the mint leaves from the stems. Rinse in water for a couple of times. Drain all the water.
Step 2
Add all the rinsed mint leaves, jaggery or sugar, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and water in a blender and blend to a smooth and fine paste.
Step 3
Strain the juice mixture.
Step 4
Take ¼ amount of the strained mint juice in a glass. Add ¾ amount of water. Mix well.
Step 5
