Step 1

In large saucepan, melt butter.

Step 2

Add butterscotch chips and brown sugar. Stir until all melted. Do not boil.

Step 3

Remove pan from heat and let cool for about 1/2 hour.

Step 4

Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Step 5

Stir in rest of ingredients just until all ingredients are incorporated.

Step 6

Spread mixture into a 9x13 greased pan.

Step 7

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out without batter attached.
