Oil Free Catalina Dressing

Tablespoons organic maple syrup

water

rice vinegar

Tablespoon ume plum vinegar

lemon juice

tomato paste

Tablespoons tahini

Tablespoons white miso *

sweet paprika

chili powder

celery seeds

mustard powder

onion powder

garlic powder

onions

sea salt (+/-) *

black pepper (+/-)

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and emulsify until smooth.

Taste test the dressing and add more seasonings, if needed.
