Step 1

Drain the chickpeas, save the aquafaba. Add the chickpeas to a blender along with cashew butter, aquafaba, hemp seeds, chia seeds and blend.

Step 2

After thats blended, add in applesauce, baking powder, vanilla extract, and protein powder then blend until it has a pancake mix consistency.

Step 3

Let the chia seeds sit and thicken while the pan heats up, add coconut oil to pan.

Step 4

Add pancake mix to pan and cook for a few minutes. Enjoy!
