Add some butter or oil into the tray, gently turn around. Cook (or use precooked) lentils and drain the water. Chop cabbage and spring onions in small slices. In the tray add cabbage, lentils, gnocchi, spinach, spring onions, vegan cream or thick milk, drizzle with finely chopped nutmeg, vegan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix around with a spoon. Bake in the oven at 200c (390f) in 25 min.
