Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients except peaches & sugars.

Step 3

Beat on low until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Roughly chop peaches and toss with sugar, if using frozen microwave until thawed, chop, then pat/squeeze out the moisture with paper towels.

Step 5

Toss peaches with sugar and add all but about 10 pieces to batter and mix.

Step 6

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, top with reserved sugared chopped peaches.

Step 7

Bake 30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Step 8

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.

Step 9

Mix powdered sugar with 3/4 tsp of the vanilla premiere shake, stir.

Step 10

Drizzle over cold cake.

Step 11

Cut into 8 slices. Store in refrigerator or freeze individual slices for at least a week.
