Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine the yogurt, banana and eggs. Mix well.
Step 3
Add in the flours, baking soda and powder, cinnamon, sugar and coffee. Stir well. Add in the almond milk and mix into a batter.
Step 4
Spray an 8x4 pan (or line with parchment paper) and pour the batter in. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
Step 5
In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
Step 6
Sprinkle/divide the mixture overtop of the coffee cake.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let cool in pan.
Step 9
Cut the cake into slices or squares and enjoy!
