Step 1

Take 1 tsp ghee ( clarified butter) in a pan. Add 1 cup peanut to it.

Step 2

Mix and fry together at low flame till the mixture turns golden brown.

Step 3

Add 500 ml milk to the mixture and let it boil. Keep stirring it occasionally,

Step 4

After the the mixture has turned semi solid like a pudding add 5-6 spoons of sugar to it and mix it well.

Step 5

Cook it for 2-3 min.

Step 6

Add 3-4 almonds and 1 cardamon. Mix it well for a couple of minutes.

Step 7

Stop cooking. Add dry fruits of your choice and serve hot.
