Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. Place a pizza stone in the oven to preheat (optional, but produces best results). Otherwise, use a greased pan.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk water, oil and egg. Add measured amount of Paleo Pizza Crust Mix.
Step 3
Stir with a silicone spatural to form a dough. Roll dough into a ball.
Step 4
Place dough ball onto a piece of parchment paper or onto greased pan. Oil your hands to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Flatten dough into a circle of desired thickness and diameter. Carefully transfer to the pre-heated pizza stone.
Step 6
Bake without toppings until golden (6-8 minutes). Remove crust from oven and add toppings. Return to oven and continue baking to desired doneness.
Step 7
NOTE: For egg-free preparation use a ''flax egg''. Create ''egg'' by combining 1 Tbsp. ground organic flaxseed with 2.5 Tbsp. water. Let stand 5 minutes.
