Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine baking mix and cinnamon; mix well. Add milk and 3 tablespoons butter; mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in pineapple. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls 2-inches apart on baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine remaining 2 tablespoons butter and the brown sugar; brush over warm biscuits and serve.
