Step 3: Melt the butter and brown sugar in a microwave safe dish, then brush over each apricot. Step 4: Place the plate of apricots into a microwave and cook on a medium high setting for 2 minutes. Step 5: Remove from the microwave, place on to a serving plate, pour over the juices, butter and sugar syrup, and serve with runny cream or ice cream.
