Step 1
Slice the onions and red bell peppers into slivers. Begin frying them in a pan with some oil. I use a pan that can go from the stovetop directly into the oven, but you can transfer the vegetables from a frying pan into a baking dish.
Step 2
Now prepare the white sausages by scoring them with a knife three times in each direction.
Step 3
When the onions and bell peppers just start to soften, arrange the sausages on top and place the whole thing in the oven at 375 °F for about 45 minutes. The vegetables should completely soften and the sausage should slightly brown.
Step 4
