Preheat the grill to 275 degrees and set for indirect heat.
Step 4
Place the skewers directly on the grill grates and cook for 45 minutes on 1 side, flip each skewer and cook for another 30minutes. Final internal temperature should be around 180 degrees.
Step 5
Ina sauce pan add gochujang rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, freshly grated ginger and garlic. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens. Brush over the grilled pork belly skewers.
