Place almonds, flax meal, shredded coconut, almond butter, and salt in a food processor

Pulse briefly, about 10 seconds

Step 3

Add coconut oil, stevia, honey, and vanilla to dry ingredients

Pulse until mixture forms a coarse paste

Step 5

Press mixture into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish

Step 6

Chill in refrigerator 1 hour, until mixture hardens

In a saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring continuously

Spread melted chocolate over bars

Refrigerate 30 minutes, until chocolate hardens
