Add farro to inner steel pot of pressure cooker; pour in water and add salt. Stir well. Lock pressure cooker lid in place and set steam vent to Sealing. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 10 minutes on High Pressure. Allow the pressure to naturally release for at least 5 minutes, turn handle to Venting to quick release remaining pressure.
