Preheat oven to 350F. For the protein powder mixture of the pie, add eggs, melted butter, peanut butter, and protein powder. Whisk together until a smooth mixture forms. Add apple pie filling, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt. Gently stir together until combined. You don’t want to over mix and mush up the apples. Pour filling into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350F for about 35-40 minutes. Depending on your oven, may need more or less time. Check at 30 mins and go from there. I took mine out with the center still slightly under-done so that it didn’t dry out and left a more moist, gooey texture. Once baked, let completely cool. I transferred mine to the fridge to chill quicker. Slice into 6-8 pieces.Add caramel sauce and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 15 seconds to soften. Mix. Drizzle over top of pie. Enjoy!
