In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, BBQ seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. mix it all together and scoop out 1/2 lb. balls. Form the patties using a burger press. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, add some mayo, heavy cream, red wine vinegar and blue or gorgonzola cheese crumbles. Fold it in with a spoon until all the ingredients are mixed together.
Step 4
Preheat the grill to 250 degrees and set for indirect heat. Keep the patties on the grill for about 20 minutes flipping them half way through.
Step 5
Remove them off the grill once they hit 135 degrees internally. Let them rest for 10 minutes before assembling the burger.
